Anxiety, light headache

Asked for Male, 41 Years

I had started dveniz50 ten days ago as i was experiencing suicidal depression. But as i dont feel like that now(as i madeup my mind by practicing pranayam) i reduced dose to half. But i still have anxiety problem and light headache. I am taking hal of dveniz50 and zapiz 0.5 in morning and zapiz 0.5 plus nexito at night. Is it ok.when anxiety cure?
