ANXIETY Issues
I am having anxiety issues due to which I am having alot of acidity , breathing difficulty, chest discomfort, muscle pain My Ct scan chest is normal chest xray is normal TMT , ECHO , ECG , PFT , CBC is normal Should I go for anti anxiety tablets or do I follow something else as anti anxiety medicines are addictive and if you stop taking them, you will get this problem again I am 25 years old male Suggest Something
