Im a medical student. Whenever i have exams i used to get very very anxious and couldnt sleep well. And now i feel whether or not if there are exams or not im always worried. And whenever i go to sleep no matter how tired i am i just cannot sleep because of lots of thjngs running in my head. Please help me.this is affecting my work and everything else in my life. And yes I have gain 8kgs in past 3 months.
