The answer depends upon the diagnosis and the current symptoms status. If you had a Depressive episode or anxiety disorder, and completely symptom free now, melzep can be stopped. Melzep (Clonazepam) may be responsible for the sleepiness. If you have significant symptoms of original presentation still present, there may be need to review the dose of Sertaline. You may better discuss this with your treating Psychiatrist for best guidance.
