I have been Worruing about the world ending and it doesn't seem to go away I can't eat or sleep I'm lucky if I get 3 hour sleep now I constintly check the weather and noises make me jump I cry all the time and I am drained and need proper medical advice as my doctor is saying it's due to something else witch I don't want to get into
