Anxiety I feel that i getting Heart Atta
I am suferring from anxiety feeling afraid that i going get Heart Attack. my BP and Hear beat will be raised when doctor try check my BP and ECG. My BP raised to 170/90 and Heart Beat around 140. My family having Heart Attack History thats why that fear has been needed in my mind. I have this problem since last 4 yrs. I undergone treatment for this by Psycriatost through pills. stable for some time but again this problem occured.

This is anxiety disorder or panic/hypochondrical thoughts pattern, fear of death by major physical disease, you should try Cbt with medication initially, later you can stop Med.
