I am suffering from restlessness and nervousness and everytime all irrelevant thoughts come in my mind during my work hours while eating while walking etc..ia it anxiety or is it depression and i have started consulting psyciatrist from last one month..
My family doctor told me to Exercise daily for one hour to cure it..i just wanted to know how much time it takes to cure i am facing this problem from last 10 months
