Anxiety fear overthinking
Am 23 years old , since last six months I have pain in my centre of my chest area and some times left side like passing something in it and chest wall tightness . Due to this I felt anxiety,fear that may be am having heart attack .I have checked ecg ,sugar test and blood pressure and even endoscopy normal some h phylory infection is there. But my overthinking causing tension and fear and felt anxiety attack after 15 to 20mints I will be normal ..am worry of my health this causes pls advise
