Anxiety, Fatigue, Lack of Concentration
Since last year, I think of visiting a psychiatrist. I cant talk to my family about it because they think Im just overthinking and maybe I am, but I have this constant lingering feeling of negativity and uneasiness. I'm extremely scared of the future and have major confidence issues. My main concern is if I do gather up the courage to meet a psychiatrist and tell them about my life and problems, would I be subjected to moral policing for my lifestyle? Are there things you cant discuss with them?

Please be very sure of this aspect. Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future.
