Anxiety disorder
I was having anxiety symptoms and had a panic attack one month ago. I dont know the causes for my anxiety because i was not stress and was travelling europe at that time. But i will be moving to Australia alone in 6 months time, could that be a source of my subconscious stress? After that episode of panic attack a month ago, i sort of have mild breathing difficulties at times when i was not preoccupied with doing something. Initially, i thought that i was having a heart attack but im only 18. Af

Your problem is strongly suggestive of panic disorder. Most importantly, it is completely curable. A detailed history and information about associated risk factors and problem is required. With suitable medications and instructions it can be completely cured. Although, you must consider consulting with a psychiatrist.
