I have been feeling sad since last 2 weeks.
I didn't feel positive.
I just recently recover from covid 19 but my whole family got positive.
I am continuously getting negative thoughts about my future about my family about my job about my career.
I cannot sleep peacefully. While sleeping I feel tremors or vibration in my leg and suddenly got awake.
I got worst dreams during my sleep.
While taking to friends or family or counsellor I fell little relaxed but then again feel that same negative thoughts.
I am worried. What should I do.
I m currently working as an intern. Should I take complete rest or should go to the company for work.
Plz help 🙏🙏
