Anxiety disorder
From past few days, I am suffering from anxiety disorder.I suddenly come in a situation in which u can't talk I can't walk I can even let anyone know what's wrong with me. I just loose control over me. And i took others words very harshly and felt competitive every moment I talk to someone. I just can't let someone go without answering her/him. I don't know what to do? Please guide me

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating.
