Facing accute anxiety disorder and depression due to financial issues negative treatment from family. Loss of mood fatigue getting too late in the morning. I am trying to avoid medication which has cured my problem which is a quick fix and too expensive beyond my affording capacity. During evening hourd i feel difficult to balance. Dry mouth .
