I am 65 years old.I am getting medical treatment from a qualified psytric doctor for last 8 months taking medicine regularily & as per doctor's advice I have left drinking 8 months after consuming for last 30 years. I am senior citizen without pension. I have shifted from Kashmir to Delhi & have lost my entire property in Kashmir.
