Anxiety Diagnosis
I think I may suffer for an anxiety disorder but I am unsure which one. As a child I had intense periods depersonalization/realization, but I didn't show any other symptoms I do now. I can't sleep on many nights and I have trouble staying asleep. I do have many worries but I try my best to control them but they still get to me despite telling myself it is okay (I know it is but something fails to understand within me). I had an anxiety attack (two last night) but unsure of the proper definition.
