Anxiety & Depression post Mom's Death
I lost my mom last month. Post which I am constantly having insomnia, depression, loneliness & lot of anxiety & mood swings. I fear that I will end up being lonely & alone. I cant concentrate on my job or household things. I dont enjoy my hobbies or usual liking anymore. To give a background I am a single child. I am working & stay away from home due to my job. I am married but in a long distance relationship. I am 30yrs old woman & have only health issue of migraine.
