I was told that when you are born, your head is supposed to be down. My head was up, did this cause any mental issues?

Head up position or feet/buttocks down position during delivery is called breech presentation. This occurs in 3-4% of all deliveries. The percentage of breech deliveries decreases with advancing gestational age from 22-25% of births prior to 28 weeks' gestation to 7-15% of births at 32 weeks' gestation to 3-4% of births at term. Many of the times as because the baby born prematurely there may be a chances of delayed developmental milestones. You also not mentioned whether your birth was through normal delivery or through cesarian section. Also no information about the types of your mental issues you have. So with this little information it's extremely difficult to opine at this moment.
