Anxiety being alone
My doctor says it's anxiety as I feel weight on chest, heavy head and abdomen cramps with loose motion sometime. He has given a medicine called Revotril 0.5mg and told me to eat when required. After taking this medication I feel little better but again next day I feel the same anxiety. What to do.. also is this medication safe I usually take only half tablet once in a day.
