Anxiety and stress, resltness
I have been facing anxiety, stree and restlessness for last 15 days earlier I thought it is weakness but I got all test done and everything was normal.Now it is clear that is anxiety and nervous system problem, because I feel fast and hard breathing sometime and very nervous feeling that something wrong would happen ,I feel it almost all the time which medicine should I take it to cure it .I am trying to stop overthinking but it is not working.The fear is increasing and stable all the time.Tell me the best medicine for it that will control it and help me to calm my mind and nervous System
