In my mind lots of thoughts comes everyday that what will happen to me ...or will i have an heart attack etc ...i suffered from panik attack aweek ago ...before that no thoughts and negative thoughts were coming in my mind ...but after that day ..when panik attack came ., i was very scared ...from that day different thoughts comes in my mind like what will happen to me ...etc...i feel very much scared ...when i be with my friends , no thoughts comes ..and when i am alone the thoughts comes again and again ...that what will happen to me ...i feel like to do anything ...i feel very scared ...is their any way to compleletly say goodbye to anxiety and stress and live a good and happy life ...beacause of these i feel very lonenly in the world ..plz help me ! Plz help me in natural way ...beacause .i dont want to take medicines. .beacause i am eating lots of medicines such as back pain , thort pain , chest pain etc ...i want in natural way plz help me
