I suffer from anxiety and stress. I want to know how to handle this problem . I get very agigated amd i keep crying most of the Time. Other times i just want to sleep and shut myself in my sleep.

Firstly you need to see a psychiatrist, as you are anxious and crying spells and other symptoms indicate there may be depression. Let the doctor diagnose and start treatment.
