Hello Sir/ Mam, I am suffering from anxiety and stress related disorder since three year. I am taking 0.5 mg clonazepam twice a day. I have uncontrolled thought related to various topic. I avoid party and social function. I feel nervous and tens every time, unable to focus on my regular activities. I am extremely sensitive and bother about minor issues. Emotion is second to me. Now feel restless, irritating behaviour, insomnia. I'm addicted to medicine. How can I overcome these problems?

If u reaaly want to overcome this then u should consult a psychologist for counselling and psychotherapy. Along with medicine counselling is very much necessary to treat anxiety ,depression etc.
Unless u strong and healthy from ur mind u cant be cured and u have to continue medicine for life long.
