Dear, Worries may just be worries about small little matters. When it comes to worries, you tend to think on your own. They are controllable comparatively. At times, it may be like a never stopping chain of thoughts which are your own thoughts, intrudes your mind even if you are occupied with something, irresistable and anxiety provoking- obsession. Uncontrollable worry falls more in the realm of obsession. However,a proper assessment is necessary to come to a conclusion. Please visit a nearby psychiatrist.
