Anxiety is a very common part of our life. We should know how to deal with it and learn coping skills, as life keeps throwing challenges at us. Many a times anxiety keeps us motivated and makes us to accomplish lot of work, at the same time anxiety can also cause lot of worries and lead to unnecessary overthinking, restlessness, irritability. If this negative symptoms and negative thoughts continue for longer duration of time then it starts disturbing a routine Which can lead to sleep disturbances, low confidence, low self esteem continuous negative thoughts, constant worrying.
We humans are different from each other, no human is perfect hence we all have our own limitations and these limitations can be different for different people. Maybe you are a sensitive personality.
Sensitive personality can have lot of strengths
skills intelligence and capabilities, but may have less tolerance or capabilities to face emotional stressful condition. Hence they might suffer lot of discomfort during these emotional stressful conditions like the symptoms which I mentioned earlier like sleep
