Anxiety and overthinking
Hi i am a 25 yr old female, seems like suffering from anxiety , i cant control my heart beats some time as it start racing . i cant control my thought process , hence making me exhausted and frustrated . i might have lost few kilos of body weight due to it as i am not eating properly as well. some day i end up eating nothing even if i want to as i am frustrated . every small thing worry's me even evn though it have nt happened at all.i have mood swings .

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
