Dear human, thank you for sharing and reaching out. You’ve taken the first step in resolving your concern and I appreciate your decision to reach out for help. It must be pretty difficult to see your loved one face issues. But these could be some general fears after getting infected by covid or these could also be due to some underlying issues. It's natural to feel anxious when we face a crisis, the unknown, or sudden change. It's a normal reaction to feel the need for safety, certainty, predictability, and control. Also, anxiety is completely natural in a state of pandemic. Anxiety and pulse rate go hand in hand; if anxiety increases, there could be an increase in heart rate as well. But these issues can be improved. There are some handy tips to decrease the anxiety your sister feels: Practice gratefulness and mindfulness Practice breathing Keep in perspective and find good Keep a routine Notice, label and accept your emotions Accept anxiousness as one of your emotions Follow the advice of experts Limit the time you spend on news and social media Get good sleep Try these steps. If these still dont help, you can get in touch with us. Book an appointment with us and talk to us freely without any fear of judgment. Hope to see you soon, take care.
