Hello, my name is Riya and I'm 23 years old.. Actually I am unsure about what my mental health is right now..I came to a new and unknown city this time, I have been away from my family since past 6 years bt this time its something different I am feeling in myself, since when I came here I have been weeping all the time, getting hurt n emotional on every other thing, being insomniac, sleeplessness, feeling of anxiety and emptiness when I woke up, I don't feel like going out of my room or house.

But you mentioned almost 6 years you stayed away from family and only recently you are experiencing such emotional challenges.
