Dear mam
I can see that you are quite distressed.
Feeling anxious and I n the edge all the time, irritability can be due to mental health issues like anxiety or depression. Please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation to understand what is causing these symptoms. Management usually consists of medications as well as psychological therapy. There are certain lifestyle changes that will benefit you like exercise and meditation.
I am certain that you will feel better with right treatment and support.
Thanks
