Anxiety and extreme sadness euphoria

I have been medicated for depression and anxiety before -petril beta 20 - risdone - modafinil 200 - prothiaden - mirtaz 30 Currently having similar problems and also job burnout and extreme feelings with finger trmbling , panic attacks , i am 28/Male. Please advise. God bless
