Anxiety and disgruntled
From few weeks I am disgruntled or say out of humoured even on some small topics. Can't sleep at night properly.(Woke up at night after a small nap). Don't feel fresh on morning when I wake up. To reduce/control this I also do exercises,playing cricket at eve but nothing happens. Sometimes it feels good but again same things happening. I am frustrated about this situation from which I suffering.
