Anxiety and depression
Hi Sir/ Madam, I started homeopathic treatment for anxiety and depression and today is my 6th day dosage.. when I wake up in the morning, I worry about how the whole day is gonna be and also I feel some disturbance in my head and hollow feeling in my chest during the evenings and I'm not able to be normal that time.. wanted to know after how many days of the homeopathic medicines, will I start feeling better with my head and emptiness in my chest? Looking for an answer as how this homeopathic will help me from depression and how long will it take?

If the medicine is right then the changes should start showing up in couple of days... In case you don't get satisfactory results then talk to your doctor and as selection of suitable homeopathic medicine is a complicated process and it may take one or two consultation to find the right similimum.

Greetings! Dear anonymous..you've started your medicine with your doctor just recently..so give it time.  You'll gradually start noticing changes by usually 15 days to a month. For it to completely resolve...you might have to wait for a certain period. Have faith!

In depression case if u thought u start ur medicine and u become normal that is never possible. Becoming normal u should also change ur daily routine. Mostly depression patient need medicine along with counselling. 50% patient become normal with counselling rest medicine will treat you.

inspite of becoming worry in morning u should change ur daily habit. first write down ur schedule from waking in morning to night time. add morning yoga and meditation in morning schedule. take healthy diet and water intake. and also add some new learning in your life. by adding this tip in ur routine u will feel changes within a week.
