As per the limited history you have provided, it seems you have social anxiety disorder. Taking clonazepam before the performance will definitely help you but it will be only temporary and in the long run it won't also help. Its prudent for you to consult the psychiatrist and discuss a treatment plan.
Hello
Hands and legs trembling are a sign of performance anxiety which can be better managed with beta blockers. Some methods like breathing exercises, preparing in advance, practicing before a mirror might help you as well. You should opt for a detailed assessment by a professional for complaints of sadness and mood swings. As clonazepam is a schedule H prescription drug, you should only get it prescribed through proper channel after a thorough assessment
Clonazepam is not a solution to the problem as it can cause dependency and is not going to treat underlying cause of your problems instead you need thorough evaluation and detailed treatment plan which can make sure this problem does not recur time and again
Next Steps
Stop using Clonazepam it can cause dependency or addiction
