Dear Doctor, I am male aged 44 yrs vegetarian working as Central Government employee. My height 172 cm and weight 80 kg. My problem is since childhood facing the problem of depression (unknown) and fear (nervousness) like unable to express my facial feelings freely as I laugh my facial jaws becomes tight and unable to laugh freely, unable to talk (
