Anxiety and Brain
I m 22 years old guy. I m have mental work and studies. I suffer from anxiety ,- I get shivering , headaches ,unable to focus ,concentration problem ,forgetting things and not feeling clear brain . Pls help me Moreover i feel lazy and less physically active, constipated , and not attentive to things around me .

First of all plz get your thyroid checked . Plz try to do exercise for at least 30 minutes a day as it relaxes your mind and body . You can take Brahmi Vati 2 tab. at night along with Saraswatarishta 3tsf in half cup of water.

1) take study just for knowledge not for burdan. 2) start studying in early morning with anulom-vilom. 3)play your favourite sport daily in evening . 4) sleep early wake up early.
