I am 29 yrs old female. My height is 5'2" and my weight is around 70 kg. My belly, waist and thighs are heavy. I want to be slim but my weight after my delivery is not getting reduced. What to do, kindly guide me with some useful tips.

How long back did you have your baby. It takes time for your body to recover from pregnancy. Do see a counsellor who can help you with your self image & self esteem which is not based on how you look but who you are.
