I understand your concern. Therapies like progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises and biofeedback may be used for anxiety in addition to CBT, mindfulness, coping skills training etc. However more clarity is needed regarding your problem to decide on the severity of your condition for appropriate treatment, so that dysfunction due to the same can be reduced and your quality of life will improve.
