If any dog or cat licks the soap and then we wash our open and fresh wound with the same soap then can we get rabies. Yesterday i wash my open wound with a soap, what if any dog or cat kicked it. Can i get rabies by this way?

Soap itself inhibits the virus. Hence it is highly unlikely that the virus can be transmitted through the soap licked by the animal.
