Anxeiy disorder
I had anxeity and depression issues during 2014 and I took treatment for 2 years. It has etizolam in morning and diazipam like drug in night and one more amonoacid type tablet for brain health and one more tablet to avoid panic attacks. if But after 2 years I was totally normal and I stopped all medicines. Then when I have some symptoms of anxeity I used to take etizolam only. But now in recent days since I feel nervous frequently , I am taking etizolam daily. But getting etizolam with out prescription is also a problem now. I want to consult a doctor for this anxeity and depression

Hello, Since you’ve taken treatment previously and benefitted from it, you can consult your doctor again. However, since your anxiety difficulties have recurred, there are probably underlying emotional and situational triggers that need to be identified and dealt with. A lot of time our ways of responding to our problems become fixed patterns that need to be rewired for an enduring change to take place. Strategies that were used in the past to cope are probably not helping anymore. For assistance with behavioural and emotional manifestations of anxiety consult a clinical psychologist as well. You can consult one here, or on site. All the best
Next Steps
Consult your doctor, and also a clinical psychologist who can teach you strategies to cope with anxiety.
Health Tips
Deep breathing, meditation, exercising, talking about your fears to a loved one, helps.
