Hi, You should first treat your constipation, take Syrup Cremaffin plus 3 teaspoon with lukewarm water at night for 5 to 7 days. Apply Ointment Anorelief locally at the fissure. Take fibre rich diet and plenty of fluids. If no relief still, consult a surgeon.
