First of all you should not self medicate yourself irrespective of what pathy you use. Second stop all the medicines and consult a good classical homeopathic doctor near you so that he/she can take your full history and help you accordingly.

In any medical system self treatment is not at all advised. Greying of hair may occur due to many causes. Rather than trying any particular remedy you should go for a proper homoeopathic treatment by thorough case taking which considers you as a whole. For your present complaints, if it is caused due to over medication, you should stop all the medicines and the simplest antidote you can take at home itself is a cup of strong coffee as it is an antidote for both the medicines that you took.
Next Steps
Stop all self medications and book an appointment.

Usually stopping of the medicine is enough. If there are acute symptoms then coffee might help. And to choose antidote we need detailed symptoms.

Sir..self medication isn't recommended.. as these medicines are given by physician by noting down particular signs and symptoms shown by the patient .. consult with a homoeopathic physician. The premature greying and hairfall can be due to nutrition deficiency(iron, biotin, vit d,ca, zn , mg), genetics, stress, gastric issues etc.
Health Tips
balanced diet include eggs, fish, dairy products, beans, lentils, nuts, carrot, sweet potatoes, amla, Spinach, almond, seeds, banana, mango, dark leafy vegetables etc drink plenty of water 10 glasses per day avoid high sugar and salt foods, alcohol, smoking exercises avoid stress check serum ferritin, have food on time before going to sleep perform mild stretches no gadget use what's your profession??

since you’ve been dealing with multiple issues, including early greying of hair, hair fall, insomnia, and now new symptoms like buzzing in the left ear and hearing loss. It’s unfortunate that things have worsened after self-medicating with remedies like Acid Phos and Lycopodium. Based on what you've described, I must emphasize that self-medication, especially with potent homeopathic remedies, can be quite harmful, especially when you are not under the supervision of a trained homeopath. Homeopathy is highly individualized, and improper use of remedies can lead to a series of unwanted reactions, as you've experienced. Potent remedies like Acid Phos 200C or 1M should be prescribed with great caution and only when the remedy is truly indicated for your unique constitutional profile.
Next Steps
Seek a professional homeopath as soon as possible for a personalized assessment of your case. Avoid taking remedies on your own—as self-medication can lead to unpredictable results. A homeopath will consider your overall health, including your emotional state, sleep disturbances, and hair loss, and provide a safe treatment plan.
Health Tips
Stop Self-Medicating Immediately: I strongly advise you to stop taking Acid Phos and Lycopodium (or any other remedies) on your own without professional supervision. This is crucial to prevent any further aggravation and complications. Consult a Qualified Homeopath: Homeopathy works best when the right remedy is selected based on an in-depth understanding of your individual constitution, mental and emotional states, and physical health. A homeopath will assess your case thoroughly and choose a remedy that is best suited for you, helping to restore balance and reduce symptoms in a safe and gentle manner.
