No, it will not cause any infertility issue, but you do need therapy to help you sustain even after medication and along with it. So please consult me for same or any other Psychologist, but you do need therapy for a good psychological well-being. All the best.

Hi.. Escitalopram is not reported to cause any female fertility issues. In fact it has been used in the treatment of depression in women undergoing IVF.

There is no evidence of escitalopram induced infertility. However, it shouldn’t be taken during pregnancy without psychiatric consultation and supervision
