1.0 is the cut off value to consider IgG anyibody for covid as positive. Value above 1.0 indicates recent infection with covid. It can be any value above 1.0 , there is no specific value. . Do take vaccine after 3 months.

Do not get into these specifications. It is not mathematics. I have seen patients get re-infected in 14 days after recovering. There is no set level where it can be definitively stated that you're now resistant to the virus.
