I had a cold yesterday,took a CETIRIZINE last night. but from this morning I have a sore throat(swallowing seems difficult), severe headache(feels weighted), blocked ears and nose and fever along with body pain .

Hi, You seem to be having an upper respiratory tract infection. These infections are mostly viral and spread from person to person I don't think you should take an antibiotic Continue paracetamol tablets ( not more than 3 grams per day) for fever You can take Cetrizine 10 mg  at night but avoid it if you will be driving or doing any high risk manual work Steam inhalation and warm saline water gargles help

Urti Steam inhalation with Vicks or eucalyptus oil two times before meals. Tab zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days.  Taxim 0200 two times a day after food for five.  Montek lc one at night for five. Fluticortizone nasal spray two puffs two times in nostril. Pretend to blow balloon  with  nost n mouth  close 3to 4 times in a session. Three session  per day.
