I had a cold yesterday,took a CETIRIZINE last night. but from this morning I have a sore throat(swallowing seems difficult), severe headache(feels weighted), blocked ears and nose and fever along with body pain .

Rest, drink plenty water, and take paracetamol for fever and pain, steam inhalation three times Atleast daily and possibly a antibiotic like amoxyclav 625 mg two times daily upto 5 days
