I have undergone a fullbody check-up and got anti hepatitis b surface antinen positive (38). Is it normal? Or am i infected?

Could you be more precise?Is it hepatitis B surface antigen positive or anti-HBs or HBsAb (Hepatitis B surface antibody) ?
