Disulfiram usually dose is 500 per day. It works in such a way that....it will not allow you to use alcohol. If you use it will produce lot of side effects like nausea , vomiting , flushing , lacrimation, dizziness, chest and abdomen discomfort etc. People take for years to stop alcohol addiction.
