Hi!.I want to gift a nice anti ageing good cream/moisturizer to my mother who is 50. She has spots ,wrinkles and pigmentation on her face. I believe good potent ingredients are costly so it is a waste to buy drugstore products for mature skin. Please advise a good dermatologist recommended creams like retinol etc that she can use for her ageing skin and self care which is not too costly.
