Anteriorr Pelvic Tilt
Am having Apt since last 6 mnths not getting any solution. I  practice martial arts frm 3-4 yrs . Although am not having pain in my back but m feeling my pelvis bone uneven. I m aslo doing bit exercises of it. I have dome xray of my back only little lordosis its showing but i am feeling spine been shifted. What should i do? Wich doctor to consult? Any exercises to avoid?

Your must have a flat belly secondly you are into martial art that is the main reason for the APT Since APT is just a postural abnormalities so it nothing to do with medicine numbers one Secondly one must fix your beck first and your feet as well to check the line of gravity and you must be having. A little kyphosis as well because it occurred most of the time with APT
