Anterior pelvic tilt
I have anterior pelvic tilt since birth (i am sure of that) ...My father and grandfather also had APT ...So can i correct it with any exercise ?? Please help me???

It's genetic problem... And it's a structural one..so it's difficult to correct it within a short period.. U have to undergo postural education from the therapist near by u. They make the postural correction and suggest some braces
