Anterior teeth functions : aesthetics, phonics, and strictly incising food items such as fruits.
A root canal treated tooth is usually brittle and hence precaution is advised after the treatment. However small bites of soft fruits can be incised.
Crowns help to strengthen the root canal treated tooth.
Biting instructions all depends on the original decay and other factors involved in treatment.
Emax is one of the type of metal free crowns.... highly esthetic.... would resemble mostly likely to to ur natural.... but the force during biting is ultimately going to be transferred along the long axis of ur tooth and hence limitations occur during incising...
Hope cleared ur doubts...

It all depends on how much tooth structure damage was there. Not all root canal treated front teeth may require crown. Usually heavy biting is not recommended for root canal treated tooth. Even with implants it all depends on how well the integration of implant with bone has happened. EMAX is a type of ceramic crown which is adhesively fixed on to the tooth so slight improvement is strength of the tooth may be there.
Yeah sometimes some patients complain that they are not able to use any tooth like before.
With implants not much problem but prevention is always better.
Emax is best crown.

Hi
Your front tooth is only meant for appearance (esthetics ).Whatever replacement you do its better not to bite or pull on ur front tooth. Emax crowns are highly esthetic one which will mimic your natural tooth.
