Anterior septal ischemia
My wife was recently did medical checkup, and her EACH reports says 'anterior septal ischemia' and 't inversion v1 v2 v3'. She also have very less no. of hemoglobin content. Please guide us what we should do next.

Less hemoglobin means anaemia and anaemia can lead to false positive ECG and false positive TMT so if she has any Kadak symptoms like chest or neck pain or epigastric pain on left arm pain then she should go for an angiography either coronary or CT. Also other risk factors should be assessed including completely paid profile kidney function iron studies and echocardiography
